The location of this budget hotel is well worth noting, as you are either close to or within walking distance of most of the attractions you would need as a traveler. There are shops selling everything you could need, many lively bars, and the beach is just a short walk away. the rooms and bathrooms are both clean and well, maintained, with fast Wi, Fi available throughout and friendly and helpful staff. the facilities, including the on, site cafe and safe box in every room, are also noteworthy and add to the value of staying here.
A minor downside is that noise can be an issue, especially if you have a room with street views. the staff does try their best to address any issues as soon as they are reported.

The room is very clean and the location is reasonably good. Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Had nice dainties at samero's icecream paradise, located steps away from the hotel...
All good.

The hotel had a few good things going for it. it was located right in the heart of the city with plenty of street food options around. the rooms were decent and had a good view of the surrounding city. Lastly, the hotel staff was pretty helpful and friendly when we asked for directions.
Our overall stay was not the best. the biggest problem was the lack of air conditioning in the common areas.

It was clean. They provide you with an adaptor for free. People there are kind and likely to help.
The air-conditioner was a bit noisy for my wife, but I felt ok.

This hotel is a hidden gem in terms of value for money. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the prime location. Situated within walking distance to the vibrant party area, it was easy to immerse myself in the nightlife of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities were top-notch, and I particularly appreciated the rooms with cold air conditioning and a good shower. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day right.
No significant negatives; everything was more than okay.

Very nice staff! Smiling everytime we met them. Good food at the hotel and perfect location. 5 minutes to everything, to the beach, Bangla Road the shopping mall. Will definitely be recommending this hotel to others and stay there again if i go back. And it was cheap og the rooms was clean, big and new. Veeery good! Go for it!
The bed was a bit hard, but we got use to it ;)

Friendly and helpful staff. Quite new building with clean rooms and new furniture. Free Wi-Fi, stable ~2Mbps per connect. Not so close to the coast but unreachable for tsunami waves and close to the perfect food court near the hospital :)
Room 502... The Booked.net "Deluxe Twin or Double Room" description is not up to date: there were no tea/coffee making facilities and a DVD player announced. Anyway, the main bad thing i would say is that _very_ poor room soundproofing - you hear every bike on the street through the window (lots of loud bikes go the street up to 2-3am), you hear _every_ shutting door on the floor and above which is annoying.

Fantastic stay. We loved the location, near the main party area and restaurants. The hotel had great facilities including a 24-hour service desk and a lovely restaurant with tasty breakfast. Additionally, this hotel is very clean and close to the beach, which was convenient for us.
All was perfect.

The hotel had a good location close to the beach and shops, which made it easy to explore the area. The Wi-fi connection was strong, allowing me to stay connected with my friends and family during my stay. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making for a positive first impression.
My experience at the hotel was not all positive. The price was very high during peak season, and the small size of the room made it difficult for two people to stay comfortably.

I had an amazing time at MVC Patong House, the staff are helpful and friendly (patient also while I did my best to try learning basic thai), the rooms are clean and modern and its within walking distance of the beach and night spots without being too close where it would make it difficult to sleep.
I don't really have any complaints but if I was to saying something then maybe the 9am singing by the school kids as I guess there is a school near by? It wasn't that it was too loud or unpleasant, but I guess that would be classed as the worst thing I experienced about my stay, so im really picking hairs.
